PERFECTION WAS ACHIEVED IN 1963 From 1906 to 1914, four African American Greek Fraternities were established, BUT it took 57 years and 12 men from Morgan State University to finally get it right:
In 1963 came I Phi T, the year in which perfection was achieved.
